man. i really liked this story too. cant you just tell us what you wanted to happen in the end and we can fill in the blanks by ourselves? at least tell us why the medallion is there. please?

Though I greatly enjoyed this story, I was a little confused as to the character Anu, and how she and Shredder fit into the world that you created. You pulled me into the story immediately, which was great, but also left me uncertain about some plot points.
The descriptions that you gave were wonderfully vivid-it was cool that you made Shredder have a koi pond!-and gave us a great insight into Oroku Saki's character. Some of the paragraphs were too "blocky," though, and the story as a whole could have benefited from breaking them up into smaller, more "readable" chunks.
Overall, this was a very, ahem, entertaining read. I look forward to your future endeavors-possibly more Egyptian-themed stuff?
