The storyline has potential, and I don't think that the 'sleep patch' thing has been done before, but I think you would benefit from a few lessons in grammer, spelling and writing format.

I'm nw to the TT fandom, so I don't have a good enough grip on the characters to say if they are out of character or not. However, given the 'Teen' part of the title, it is very plausible that the boy titans are a bunch of walking hormones.

I won't start complaining about how rape is bad and you shouldn't write it, as you did put a warning in the summary. Also, my personal beliefs aside, I know several people with similar role-playing fantasies/fetishs and frankly, I'd rather you relieve yourself through writing than by other means.

Find a beta and go over this with them, and I think that you will have the makings of a good fic.

Personally I liked it; for all of you that is outraged about the rape think about it this way: Would you rather this young person do it in real life or just release the stress via writing stories?

THIS IS DISGUSTING!!! I mean, I know. It's JUST a story, and i shouldn't read it if I have a problem with it. But rape is wrong, whenever, however, wherever. Very good, detailed, and it all seems out of character for everyone, except for Slade, he seemes to be his normal sadistic self. but I'm enjoying it Im looking forward to your next update

Oh and Egnima, its called overreacting, its a story, if you had such a problem with the story, why did you read it to the end? Oh! But i do agree with AnatomyMatters, what happend with Starfire and Robin isn't anatomicaly possible, not unless the Tamaranians have a very very different body system then us. Though they do have 9 stomaches.

Yeah, sure, you may get off reading this, but would you think it was so great if it was YOU in that position? And I can hear the arguments now; "Its just a fantasy, its not like they're real!"
