Halo, nice touch. As fare as the incest goes I personally could see that possibly happoning. They are Aliens after all. That could be completely normal to them, and be little more then how they show affection to each other.

As fare as Robin turming her in. That couldn't work. She hasn't commited any crimes on Earth. As fare as the police are conserned she actually tried to save the city from a possible invasion. However, I do agree that that is how Robin would see things and want her in jail at first. But he would cave after Star makes him let Blackfire stay.
