Thank you! Finally someone paints joker the way he should be sick, twisted and thriving on the pain of others. I loved this dark devious fanfic its on of the best I've read. You should make a Harley/Joker one she's my favorite.

that was 100% pure Joker...evil, heartless, sadistic, gorey, and horriblly funny in a way that makes me feel rather guilty.
i just knew he was going to do something horrible and i thought maybe she would kill herself, but him doing it is so fitting. i mean he is the Joker and the last line about when the punchline's done it's not funny anymore. damn, you KNOW the Joker, you totally get him. and i don't say that like you're some pyscho yourself, but obviously a fan who knows this awesomely evil character really well! brilliant story!

Oh my god! Sweet Jesus! This IS amazing! How you brought up the tension! Most of the time you can tell how it ends after you read two lines.. but this is.. so unexpectet.. When I started to read the epilogue I was like "Uh, what the hell is that?!" But now it makes sense, nd I love it! Thank you for this!

Holy crap.... I have to say this is the best Joker fanfic I've read so far...... though I have to admit I'm new the whole Joker thing and this is only the seond one I've read.... xD but still..... It was really well done, very well laid out and I like how every turn of events had to do with something. No filler chapters. It was very good.

This is absolutely fantastic! I've followed this story for a while and i'm delighted with what you've done.
You've captured the Joker PERFECTLY; he way he talks, his ideas, his beliefs...everything. I'm so glad it didn't become a sappy, pathetic love story between the two of them because that would have been tragic. The ending is shocking but i love it, it feels so much like something he would do...just for the hell of it!!

First of all, I'm not a fan of mixing made-up characters with my Batman villains, but the summary was too tantalizing and I had to give you a try. THANK GOD I DID! The story was EXCELLENT! Pure genius!
And I only say this because you've got the Joker's psych down to a fucking T. I don't waste my time with stories where the Joker is out of character. He is a psychopath. A master of manipulation. A sadist.
She should have saw it coming: I sure as hell did! I mean, he said right from the beginning that he wouldn't even pay $200 dollars for sex, and his money is limitless! I bet he would wipe his ass with $200, but he wouldn't waste it on sex. I like that. That's the Joker. And very VERY few people understand the concept that the Joker finds sex trivial. That he gets his pleasure from being an agent of chaos. He doesn't obsess over something as trivial as sex.
The manipulation was perfect: Absolutely perfect. That line about her descending into hell and laughing while she did it summed it up brilliantly.
Although, I have to admit that after Desi shot that girl, you had me going for a moment. I thought you were steering toward a sappy/romantic Joker, and when I read about the flowers, it made me gag. But I knew you couldn't possibly ruin such a great story with sappy shit like that. I had faith in you because of the first few chapters, the way you captured the Joker's character, and you came through for me with flying colors! I loved the ending. It was, as I said before, Absolutely perfect.
Oh. I almost forgot to tell you: Your Joker was HOT! I'm off to a cold shower, my dear!

Augh, the ending made me so sad. D:
I was starting to see Desi as a sort of 'Harley' for Ledger!Joker. I can't say I hated the ending. No, not at all! It's a perfect ending to this story--it wraps it up like a pretty little present, reinforcing the Joker's beliefs.
But at the same time... I kind of hoped they would be together in a depraved/crazy way. D: If she had to be killed, I would have rather the reason be 'I'm developing feelings for you... and I HATE having feelings! *slice*' instead of 'I did it for the lulz.' But you can't please everyone! And this endings was very good for the story.
