Old England. The crusades wage on, it's hidden purpose just that. A dark and Hidden secret only the leaders of the Knights Templar knew. Demonic Eradication. Unfortunately, the Tmplars felt to do so, they had to employ dark magicks of their own. Thus, the Magician Order was born. Mortals, who sold their souls for wicked magic that corrputed thier hearts, blinding them to their original goals, instead now the Demons very tools. Several found themselves free of this curse, the most well known of course was Merlin. A cursed man, but of noble heart. Not only managed to repel the demonic influences on him, but the demons themselves. There were also his students, thier names whispered through the ages.

But one more Magician found himself the holder of great powers, and his mind returned to him. Though, at great cost. He was forever bound to protect that which he had sworn to destroy, from those he once served. His name was Martin Anferigath (which here means Angel Killer). But this is not his story. This is not the story of his charge either. But it is the story of his bloodline. The story of how the fate of the world had fallen to one unlikely hero. A hero who was beaten, broken and alone. A hero who was currently embracing with his lips the barrel of the last relic he had of his father, a trusty revolver.

This is the story of the failed attempt on his own life. The journey and discovery he would find, a second chance at life.
