Teen Titans: Dark Love

Disclaimer: I don't own the teen titans, but boy do I wish I did.

A/N: I know this may seem mary sueish but I assure you its not, there is plot before porn here, there will be snippits of sexual activity now and then, but the first several chapters will be plot.


Chapter One: Fire Starter


The rain poured down as the titans watched the television. They were watching the nightly news as always for any crimes that may be accuring. Beastboy and Cyborg sat near one another, chatting away about video games and dungeons and dragons. Starfire and Robin were discussing the diffrence between Tamaraien Narg Burf - and Earths roadkill.

She sat alone in the corner however. The most reclusive member of the teen titans. Raven. Her blue hair hung tightly to her face, the long blue cape swayed with her body, and her tight suit showed her growing form. She was only slightly envious of those infront of her. Sure she got along well with her fellow titans - but she didn't have the closeness some of them had.

She watched the rain hit the tower, and it rested her mind for now, but something caught her eye as the lightning flashed across the sky, a form moving up the walkway toward the tower, he was just a few feet away from the alarm system.

"We have an intruder" she spoke loud enough for everyone to hear, then encased herself in her soul-self and dropped into the floor meaning to go out and confront the person on their property.

The rain was tiring cold against his flesh, he hated the rain, it always made him feel week. Midnight hair was pushed behind his ears as he looked up at the tower. This was a place where he might be accepted, where someway, somehow - he might make a friend or two. He wore no shirt, even in this freezing weather, just blue jeans and black boots. He was built strong, but not like cyborg big. He was large enough to appear scary. His cold blue eyes watched the entrence grow closer and closer - thats when it happened.

A form rose from the ground beneth him, a hood pulled over their face in the pouring rain. He could almost catch an angry glare in the pale blue eyes as they spoke, he discovered from the voice it was a female, he had heard of her. The scariest of the titans indeed - Raven he believed was her name.

"What - are you doing here?" her question was straight foreward, her voice would send chills down most people spins, well here went nothing.

"I have...gifts..and I wish to use them to help those who cannot help themselves...I was told this was the place to come?" he was nearly shivering in the rain now.

~He shouldn't even be able to walk in this freezing rain~ she thought to herself as the other titans rushed out the door, and met up with her, Robin looked to Raven for an explaination of what was going on.

"He claims to have powers and wants to join the team - If anything we should atleast get him and us out of this rain - it is freezing out here" The titans all nodded in aggreement and quickly rushed inside, once the door was closed the other titans began to inspect the shivering newcomer. Robin was the first to talk to him - after of course he had led the shivering hero infront of a fire with a blanket.

"Alright - first things first - What's your name?"

"Dalazerious Fortunitino - Dallas for short" Robin nodded, and seemed to mark down the information on a piece of paper.

"Secondly - how did you find out about the titans?"

"I watch the news...." Robin raised an eyebrow, no denying they were often on the local stations.

"What do you claim your powers are?" Robin had to say claimed, many false hero's had attempted to join their team, sometimes with disasterous consiquences.

"Uhh, stronger and faster then most humans, and can create and slightly control fire" Robin nodded, most hero's claimed they were like super man. He seemed to have his thoughts in order, perhaps he wasn't a fake. Robin stood and walked away writing things down on the pad infront of him, the next titan to wander into the room where he was sitting was beastboy.

Dallas looked over at the little green man. He raised a single eyebrow as the small man started to prod at him with a finger, and poked him in several diffrent places, he went to poke a scar on Dallas's chest, it was in the shape of a cross. Dallas grabbed his hand gently and pushed it aside.

"I would you prefer it if you did not touch that" Beastboy gave him a weird look and just wandered out, leaving Dallas looking at the green man with a good bit of confusion in his eyes.

As if they were marching in order, Cyborg came in with a scanner he scanned the guys body up and down and his jaw dropped.

"Man! You've got a temperature of 125! We need to get you to the medical bay!" Dallas looked at him and shook his head no.

"You don't need to worry until it drops to about 110, thats when I'm in danger..right now I'm just cold" Cyborg blinked, and figured the guy was just really hot blooded. Thats all the team needed, another hot head, but he wasn't the one to make the decisions about who joined, that was Robins job. He just turned around and went about to study the readings he was getting.

The alien red head came into the room next, and clapped happily.

"Oh welcome new friend! I have made you Tamariaenen pudding of welcoming!" She set a bowl of green and orange goop infront of him, he gulped slightly looking at it, he had heard the rumors of Starfires cooking, he wasn't about to find out for himself. However her looking at him with those doe eyes, he swallowed the pride and swallowed the pudding all in one bite.

"Ummm..delicious" His thoughts were more along the lines "Oh god - am I gonna die?!" Starfire clapped her hands and smiled.

"Oh you are most kind new friend!" she gave him a hug and flew out the room. He shuttered as the taste of the pudding lingered, if you could even call it pudding. He shuttered alittle as he set the bowl aside.

A Black shadow formed in the corner as Raven rose from the darkness, she was more feeling him out, to see if he was lying about anything, he seemed to be hiding something but she couldn't figure out what it was. He had strong mental barriers, some humans had that. She floated up beside him and sat down to meditate and speak.

"If you are lying about having powers your very life is in danger, so if your lying then you should get warm - and then go home" she was rather blunt all the time.

"I am not lying." he formed a small fireball in his hand and then waved it away as it faded into nothingness. Raven thought perhaps he was a mutant, that would explain the extremmly hot body, she could even feel the warmth from where she was sitting, but perhaps it was just the fire.

"Your test will be in the morning - Goodnight" she slid back into the floor, he closed his eyes and sighed letting sleep take him.
