Making Plans

CHAPTER SIXTEEN: MAKING PLANS JET allowed Batman to stew while she supervised Robin as he refurbished the Batcave and the palatial house above to her exact specifications. Walls were repainted, new furniture shipped in and crates of Jet's ornaments unpacked and placed prominently around the room. The Boy Wonder spent hours hanging lavish curtains bearing ornate patterns at all the windows before setting about fixing a massive crystal chandelier in the main sitting room. Jet purred with delight as she examined his handiwork. "Very good lover boy," she said. "You obviously do possess some talent in that feeble body of yours." The work had only just been completed when the sound of the front door bell buzzed through Jet's newly-sequestered home. "Ah, our guest," she said. "Let him in Robin." Jet settled herself lazily on the large, dark sofa as Robin greeted Commissioner Gordon and led him through the hall. "Commissioner," smiled Jet as he entered. She patted the cushion at her side and Robin dutifully sat down beside her while the balding Commissioner took a seat opposite the pair. Despite seeing many pictures of her in the recent modelling shots that had adorned almost all the newspapers he was still slightly taken aback by the amount of flesh her skimpy Lycra costume exposed. Jet crossed her legs and caught sight of his eyes roving up and down her shapely body. She loved flaunting herself at men like him. She almost wanted to wrap her thighs around his neck and taunt him about his sexual inadequacies as she crushed the breath from him but knew it wasn't a sensible option. Maybe some time in the future. Commissioner Gordon wondered what Batman made of her. He'd been unable to discover since the Caped Crusader had mysteriously gone to ground after the shock announcement of the engagement. There'd been one report of him checking out the party arrangements at the Hilton and then nothing. "Now Commissioner," said Jet enjoying the sight of him ogling her fantastic physique. "I need to make sure the arrangements for my big night are all in place. I wouldn't want anything to go wrong." "Everything is ready," replied the Commissioner. "We'll have a crack team handling security. They'll ensure only bona fide guests are allowed in and all photographers are to be kept outside the building." "Good," said Jet. "It would be a shame if anything spoiled you and your force's reputation - wouldn't it Robin?" She placed her hand on the teenager's thigh and squeezed hard then turned towards him and planted a long, lingering kiss on his lips. The Commissioner distinctly heard him let out a little whimper as she pulled her mouth away. He coughed and then said: "Is Batman at home?" "I'm afraid not," replied Jet casually. "He's out running some errands. I like to keep him busy. At times he can become a little jealous of mine and Robin's intimacy. All those male hormones you know." She uncrossed her legs and stretched them out in front of her. "But then, Commissioner, what man wouldn't be jealous?" He gulped and opened his mouth to speak but was cut short by Jet. "One last thing Commissioner. I shall be arriving on my own in the Batmobile with Robin waiting obediently at the hotel for my grand entrance. I shall of course need a police escort from here. Only your finest officers will do." The Commissioner hesitated. Jet spoke as though addressing a minion and not the head of the city's police force. She displayed an arrogance which evidenced a belief in her total superiority over him, Robin and probably any other man she met. She tipped her chin up as she waited for an answer almost defying him to refuse. "Well," said the Commissioner after a long pause. "Police escorts are usually only granted in very special circumstances." Jet smiled. "And these are very special circumstances." Jet squeezed Robin's thigh again. "Very, very special," he said mechanically as if on command. Commissioner Gordon stood up to go. "I'll see what I can do," he said gruffly. "There's a good boy," beamed Jet. "I'm sure you won't let me down. Now you run along and get back to all that important police business of yours. "You can find your own way out can't you? Only Robin has to get back to work otherwise he'll never complete all his tasks." Commissioner Gordon heard a soft female giggle as he turned and walked from the room. It turned into an uproarious laugh once the door had closed. Jet threw her arm around Robin's shoulder and squeezed him tightly against her. "Oh my little slave," she cried. "You're giving me so much fun."
