More Tragedy
Chapter 2.
Louis Harlem and Zack Adam.
Those were the names of the 2 Mob leaders that probably kidnapped Terry. The trouble was trying to locate Terry.
Terry had been missing for a few days and it was only yesterday that Bruce got off the phone with Terry's mothertelling her that has yet located Terry. The poor woman was so distressed. Losing her husband only a year ago and now her oldest son to 2 mob leaders. Of course he didn't mention the mob leaders part because that would only raise more questions, like what was he doing with mob leaders to begin with.
The blood that had covered the walls of the alley were Terry disapeared was far too great of a quantity for it to have come out of one individual and on further analysis of the blood Bruce relaxed in finding that only the small splatter that covered the suit was Terry's. The rest had been from other mob memmbers. It seemed that although they did ambush Terry, he was obviously too much for them and had managed to get in a few good shots at his assailents.
But the trouble still remains that Terry is still missing.
Bruce was still sitting in his chair pondering his dilemma on how to locate Terry when he suddenly recieved an urgent message on the Bat-computer.
To say the least Bruce was quite surprised, no one except Terry and him new the secret code to log onto the computer from the outside and Terry was currently missing. So whom could it be?!
It turned out to be Max. Terry's friend whom managed to identify Terry's secret identity.
Bruce wondered if Terry had given her the secret codes to the computer or if she figured them out by herself.
Deciding to wonder and upgrade the compter later, Bruce turned to the screen and took the call.
Upon seeing the young lady on the screen Bruce noticed that she was very distraught and apparently had been crying.
At first he though that the girl was upset over Terry's disappearance, but then concluded that since she knew that Terry is Batman that a few days of abscence were normal. So something else must be bothering her.
"Sorry Mr. Wayne for hacking into your computer, but something terrible has happened and I needed to tell you this." said Max in a low, anguished voice.
"Its alright Max, what is it?" asked Bruce.
"Terry's mom and brother Matt are... gone."
Bruce sat there frozen, completely shocked by what he has heard.
"What? What happened Max?"
"They were set up. Thier car exploded and both their bodies are gone, but the police considers them both dead." she said in a trembling voice "The police found a bomb under the driver seat and said that it might have been a gang job."
Bruce sat there in silence leting the news sink in. The only thing that he could prognose was that there were no bodies so the there was still a chance that they might still be alive and being held captive.
"Mr. Wayne I know that Terry has been investigating mob activity in the past few weeks and I was just wondering, with his disapearance and all, how much trouble is Terry truly in?" asked Max in a sorrowful voice.
Terry was in trouble. In huge trouble.
