Part 22
PART 22
Ollie stretched his legs, let his head drop to the back of the chair, closed his eyes. The long night and the monotony Lian's hospital room made it hard to stay awake. Not that he needed to he thought wearily. Lian was off getting one test or another done. Dinah had dragged Roy to the cafeteria for a bite to eat. He'd already met with the insurance adjustor about the damage to the youth center. For the moment, no one needed his attention.
Except…except he really should smooth things over with…
Dick's tongue licked a warm, wet trail along Ollie's cock then pulled him deeper into his mouth. Unconciously, Ollie's hand pressed against Dick's neck, urging him on. Dick grinned, more than willing to oblige. Ollie bucked against his lips.
They fell into an easy rhythm. Dick's mouth moved faster or slower, sucked hard or lightly circled as Ollie's breathing and his own desire dictated. Ollie's hands squeezed Dick's shoulders. Tightened on sweat beaded biceps. The nearly frantic grinding of thigh against cheek. With a deep throated groan, Ollie came. Dick held fast until he finished.
He rocked back on his heels grinning smugly. Listened to Ollie's breathing steady as he recovered.
"You make a habit of seducing defenseless old men?"
Dick laughed and planted a kiss on his thigh. "One, you're hardly defenseless." He slid between Ollie's legs to run his palms across the flat planes of the archer's stomach. "Two, you're hardly decrepit. And three--" He leaned in, lips whispering against lips, "--one seduction does not a habit make."
Ollie's lips twitched in amusement.
"Ollie?"
He reached to brush the hair from Dick's eyes.
"Ollie."
Ollie frowned.
Dick's playful, teasing laughter was suddenly gone. Replaced by…he blinked, rubbed gritty eyes…Nightwing sat on the corner of Lian's bed. One gloved hand lightly squeezed Ollie's knee. But there was no warmth, no intimacy in the gesture.
A dream?
Puzzled, Ollie laid the back of his hand against Nightwing's cheek.
Nightwing closed his eyes. Focused. He pulled away hating that his sudden withdrawal left an expectation of disappointment on Ollie's face. Those easily read eyes silently wondering if it was over. Wondering the same thing himself.
"We need to talk."
"You bailed on me."
Nightwing sighed. They couldn’t discuss this. Not now.
"About the case."
Ollie crossed his arms, tension drawing the set of his jaw tighter.
"Shoot."
