Playing Hard to get

Betty eventually forgave him. She missed his company. They were soon friends again. But that didn’t stop her from envisioning him in all of his glory.

It was so… big....she would spend the rest of the time daydreaming about his large appendage...

 One Friday after school Betty and some of the gang: Archie, Veronica, Reggie, Chuck Clayton, and Nancy Woods were all at Pop Tate's discussing the upcoming dance at

the Riverdale disco that weekend. This dance was the beginning of all of the senior activities before they all graduated from High School. Archie had asked Veronica to be

his date, and she agreed. Veronica was miffed with Reggie. She saw him kissing Midge just that morning. She had to teach him a lesson. She would go with Archie. It would

also keep Archie from asking Betty to be his date.

   Veronica felt all the guys should be at her beck and call like Archie was. Reggie was harder to rope in, but he had a huge crush on her, so he was a work in progress.

Sometimes Reggie did not act as devoted to her as she would like. In reality, Reggie really did not care whom Veronica dated. He was not the jealous type. He just played

the game so the girls would feel good. Plus it aggravated the hell out of Archie.

"Ok, well, um, Betty, would you like to be my date for the dance?”

Did Reggie seem reluctant to ask me? Betty wondered. Her eyes blazed as she looked at him.

"Look Reggie, you don't have to feel like I am desperate or something! Jason Blossom asked me, I didn’t give him an answer yet.” She was waiting to see if Archie would

ask her.  “ I’ll go with him”, she added.

"No!" This was from the whole gang. They all disliked Jason Blossom, as well as his twin, Cheryl.  Well, maybe not Cheryl. Archie and Reggie had the hots for Cheryl.

 She did 'put out', do not forget. Reggie loved sleeping with her.

"Sorry Bets, it’s not you. I was thinking of someone, uh something else."

     Reggie was trying not to focus on the view of Cheryl's breasts that she kept flashing in his direction. Reggie was very preoccupied, but snapped out of it when he heard

Jason's name.

"I want you to be my date Bets, OK? Please be my date?" He looked like he meant it now.

How can I resist him when he begged ?He’s so cute!

"All right, Reggie, if you’re sure you really want to take me." Betty knew he was still miffed at her for her past comment about the size of his private parts. She also sensed his

shame from the incident.

“Sure I do, Babe" His eyes kept going back to Cheryl again. Betty saw him as he kept sneaking looks  in Cheryl’s direction.

Damn him!

Why did I ask Betty out? Reggie thought to himself, later that evening, while he was at Cheryl's house. Her parents were in Europe, on business. The two of them could have

been screwing the night of the dance away.  Reggie had just finished a very hot  romp with Cheryl , and she was upset with him because he did not sit with her at Pop's

earlier.

 Reggie had to explain why he hadn’t sat with her, and why he had asked Betty to the dance instead of her. Cheryl wanted him to break the date.

"No can do, sweetness. I already asked Betty out and I don't stand girls up like that carrot topped ass wipe does. Betty is a good friend and needs me. Archie asked Veronica

to go instead of her." Ne did not add how much he disliked and mistrusted her brother Jason.

“I think Betty wants you Reg. Ok, I’ll go with Gary Towers then.” Cheryl hoped to get Reggie jealous.

“Suit yourself doll, but I’m not breaking the date.” Reggie had some scruples. Reggie Mantle would never stand up a girl once he made a date with her, especially Betty

Cooper. Not even for the promise of a night of loving with Cheryl Blossom. Betty was like a sister to Reggie. He pulled Cheryl in for a kiss. They fell into bed, ready for some

hot loving
