Mother knows best

Raven sniffled softly, Much more aware of her surroundings as she sat in the play pen.
she had relaxed once, and messed herself.
the warm, icky feeling was still fresh in her mind and she shuddered softly, not eager to repeat it.
"Never again."
She was glad Arella...Mom had agreed with her, that she should be able to use the potty...the bathroom damn it for number two.
she didn't understand why she was starting to think like a child already.
this whole thing, it was a bad plot and she still half believed she might wake up, and find out it was all a horrible dream.
However, as her mother cleaned up the main room in the tower, Raven found herself more and more forced to accept that she was a helpless baby, dependant on her mommy.

Blackfire changed back, having given her report and sighed as Robin came up, and offered to train with her, his idea of a date.
"I'm sorry but i really must make sure Raven is getting the full benefits of her experience, or she will of been humiliated for nothing."
Bingo, the right words, said the right way.
It hadn't been easy, learning to talk like her sister who should of been able to talk like a normal human.
Blackfire believed that she faked it, in order to seem far more naive than she was.
Speaking of Starfire, Blackfire wondered how her sister was holding up in prison, having been made to take the same treatment asher, and shift into Blackfire form before passing out.

She twitched slightly, wiggling about but other than that she showed no new improvement.
The doctors at the Jail were puzzled.
there was no clear reason why Blackfire should be in this comma, but it was clear by the cat scans that she was far from Brain dead, and was fighting hard to come back.
"I still wonder if it's a good thing or a bad." One doctor said, over lunch.
"What do you mean?" a fellow doctor asked, sounding outraged.
"she's a villain, a monster who's attacked earth. would it really be so wrong to fake results, and claim she was brain dead, and died during a mishap?" He asked.
The woman studying under him looked appalled and shook her head.
"Yes it would! and if she dies i would report you in a heartbeat!" she said, making a mental note to report him anyways, for this very conversion.
"A pity.." he said.
the doc, on the payroll of Inter-gang watched as his fellow doctor turned blue in the face, and clawed at the table, glaring at him and finally understanding he had poisoned her.
"Such a pity...so smart, and so cute." he said, and then stood up.
It hadn't been easy for him to adjust to a life like this, but the man know as the scarecrow to most people in gotham, simply cleaned his glasses and wondered which drug he should use, to make Starfire suffer a heart attack that would kill her.

Cyborg fumed as he hit the titaum reinforced drum that served as his punching bag.
"Little snot nosed punk.." he grumbled, Punching at it, denting it.
"Thinks he's so much better than all of us cause he trained with the bat.."
Cyborg wasn't really all that mad with Robin, but the way the boy wonder had acted, like it was all their fault that inter-gang had come into Jump city ticked him off.
He knew from experience, that blowing off steam in the gym was far better than snapping at a robin too much, and was doing so when he heard the door open.
"Vic?" Came the boy wonders voice, and Cyborg sighed and turned around.
"Yeah?"
"I'm...sorry. I don't mean to sound like i do most of the time...but Inter-gang is a big threat...they've had ties to Darkseid...and I'm..well, scared for the city."
To heard robin admit such a thing.... Cyborg was of course shocked.
"I...I've seen what happens to a city that gives up." Robin admitted.
Bludhaven is full of corruption and long ago stopped caring about pretending to be a good place. the thugs own the mayor, and most of the police are monsters themselves. if that happened to Jump city...I couldn't live with myself."
Cyborg nodded and sighed, reaching out a hand.
"I'll forgive ya, if you promise not to be such a douche next time." he said with a grin.
Robin glared for a moment and then took the tins man's arm.
"You know, you really are a dick sometimes yourself?"

Beast boy sighed, thinking it was Bullshit he had to look after Jinx.
She had of course explained why she was down there but they were trying to back up her story.
for the moment, she was in his room, kept off from the rest of the tower.
"Sorry." he said, noticing her wrinkling her nose
"Do you ever clean in here?" she asked, moving her arm up to cover her nose.
"Not really. I find the smell comforting." he said and then offered her a seat on his bed, while he sat on the floor.
after hesitating a few moments, she sat down.
"Care to explain?' she asked.
"I give off a subtle musk, that might smell rancid or horrible to normals, but it lets me know that this area is mine, and I'm the lord of it." he said and shrugged.
"Part of being part animal?" He suggested as she looked at him, trying to decide whether he was full of shit or telling the truth.
"If that's true, how do the inter-gang members affect you?" she asked.
"I get pissed. if one showed up in the tower, it's likely I would kill him or her before i got control of myself." He said.
she blinked, surprised he had said it like that.
"I know, it's not normal behavior for me. and I've warned Robin about it. It's just part of who i am.
Before her could say more, his com beeped, and he checked the message.
"Ahhh. do you want the good news or the bad?" He asked, rubbing his head.
"Bad."
"Kid flash went off on a mission with Flash, and said not to expect him around for awhile.."
"Of course...fucking douche..."
"The good news is you're clear...and Robin wants to ask you to join the titans are a replacement for Raven.." Beast boy asked.
"why? What's wrong with the witch?"
Beast boy sighed, and just motioned for Jinx to follow him, as he decided the view of baby raven would explain it better than words.
