Chapter 5
mood swings such frightening things

Note, I skipped ahead a couple of months for this chapter.
Beast boy Ran out of their shared room screaming as various objects started smashing against the wall. leaping behind the couch he looks frightened as a very pissed off Raven comes out with her hands covered in Dark energy suddenly she's at a combination of Anger and sadness "How could you say such a thing!" "What all I said was it's to be expected when your pregnant.." Robin Staring from his seat "What's going on?" hiding behind Robin he whispers "Rae started getting upset because she swelled even more this month.. and I said that its to be expected when your pregnant next thing I know im running out of our room like its an obstacle course placed on mortal combat level.." "Well gar.." before he can finish his sentence his head is stuck in the milk pitcher.. forcing beast boy to break it to get him out "least its only a month to go" is all the two can say as a pissed off raven slams the door "umm guess im sleeping in my old room tonight.." "yeah I think that would be best."

Later that night
Raven's Crying in starfires arms "Wahh Garfield doesnt love me anymore!" "I'm sure that is not the case Friend Raven." "Than Why is he sleeping in his old room instead of our bed!" realizing the signifigance of Robins discussion earlier Starfire wants to mention he's probably afraid of her reaction but realizes that would probably be the wrong thing to say. "I'm sure he just thought it best to give you some privacy.." running her hand through Ravens hair trying to comfurt her.

Beast boy tosses and turns he had gotten too used to sharing a bed.. he cant sleep, grumbling suddenly his door shoots open as someone leaps into his bed half squezzing the life out of him crying on him.. "umm Rae?" "Shut up and kiss me!" groaning as she grinds against him

*inside Ravens head*
Lust :Woohoo
Anger: We've gotta get her pregnant more often I love these mood swing things!"
Knowledge: "noo its anarchy!"
Cuts to a scene resembling a melee each emotion battling to show up domminant

next morning Beast boy is calm.. "ok BB all we have to do is get to the living room before you can say the wrong thing.." he says to himself tiptoeing out. nearly biting his bottom lip off as he conks his toe. "Damn Dark room!" he mutters under his breath nearly breaking into a sprint as raven turns in her sleep.

"Dude its scary I never know how she's gonna react Cy." "I hear that happens with some women." "Yeah but most women couldnt blow up a building with a temper tantrum either!" "Good point." yawning as she comes into the kitchen a big goofy grin on her face as she drinks her tea "Morning honey, Morning Cy" "Morning Rae.." Grabbing Gar by the arm she says "lets Go baby clothes shopping today!"

Gar Covers his eyes as one of the attendants told Raven a particular pattern she wanted wasnt available in baby clothes. "I'm Sorry Ms, but they generally make baby clothes in pink or blue.." a quiet whimper is sounded after a guttural growl Garfield takes the guy to the side and whispers in obvious concern "look dude she is very hormonal, and if you enjoy your health as is I'd try to make her happy.." nodding in fear he runs into the back room

"Raven you sure you got enough you got enough clothes for two babies!" keeping her mouth shut she tries not to chuckle at how close he had come to guessing the truth.. "really you think so?" shrugging "eh how am I supposed to know dont know much about babies." "I know I dont either to be honest.." stopping at the food court she chuckled as he kept staring at her swelled belly, he looked so curious. as they got ready to leave she plopped exhausted in the Tcar "woo, that was exhausting.. lets go home." as they return to the tower she and him break into an argument over something stupid over the lyrics to a song.. "no no no its gotta party tonight not party till the mornings light!" "Is too I got the CD Rae" the last ten minutes were awkward silence as he escorted her through the doors. neither wanting to speak.. Beast boy smartly kept his mouth shut knowing with her mood swings anything that remotely sounded other than what he meant could end up with him getting plastered with many loose objects.. while she kept her mouth shut trying to keep her cool..

flopping on her bed she winces as a sharp pain shoots through her.. "ar" clutching her stomach as the pain runs through her again a few moments later, trying to fumble for her communicator she slumps as its out of reach and she didnt wanna risk trying to stand. screaming as beast boy came in wanting to appologize "Shit shit Get the Car!" "What's wrong?" "I'm in labor you fucking moron!" slumping as he grabs her case bag he escorts her to the Tcar.. hoping to get there in time.. yeah thats all I need to hear of how I ruined Cy's car he thinks to himself..

several hours later
"Never mind Robin Dont need you guys here it was a false labor.." beast boy says over the communicator "Apparently their quite common." "Ok Beast boy just making sure you guys are alright." nodding as beast boy slips back into his seat as Raven got ready to leave he rubbed her back comfurting her "Its alright Rae only about a month left" nodding as she half waddles to the car.

Beast boy was growing more frustrated as the pregnency ended it was bad enough with the mood swings but Raven had Vowed to cut him off completely from any sexual pursuits after reading in some women's magazine that it could harm the baby.. sitting in the living room he flips through channels. "Damn this sucks nothing on and I cant get to bed." eyeing one of Raven's books he figures eh its better than nothing. this was going to be a long several weeks.. he curses as he realizes its one of those romance novels.. tossing it aside he groans as he hears Robin and Star going at it like Rabbits.. shaking his head he says "God," he storms out to the roof.. this was so frustrating, having a beautiful wife without any action from said wife was like flashing a shiny object at an exceptionally stupid person.. it just robs all your focus he decides to meditate on the roof hoping it will clear his head until he hears a very mad Raven over the communicator "Garfield Get to bed I cant sleep!"

It was about two weeks later that the big day came.. Beast boy was stuck on patrol with Robin it was terribly slow crime wise, and Robin was focussed as always, Beast boy was doing better than usual.. when he heard his friend cyborg say "yo BB You better hurry your ass to the hospital.. Raven is going postal.." looking at Robin he just nods "Go ahead I can handle it, after all not every day you become a father," "thanks." he shifts into a giant hawk and begins flying off "Thanks nothing" Robin mutters "Raven would have my head otherwise.."

"Ahh.." a very flushed and sweaty Raven Screams they were getting closer.. when Beast boy runs in like he had just ran the Iron man competition.. "Im here.." toweling her face he wipes the sweat out of her eyes as he holds her hand with the other hand.. when he feels her crushing it like a paper cup as another Contraction hits "Argh If you ever Do this to me Again I'm going to Neuter you by HAnd!" she screams before the gyno comes in examining.. and signals for his nurse to administer the pain killers.. the other Titans are standing in the waiting room, it was a good eight or nine hours until the Doctor began to coach her through beast boy is helping her with lamase (not sure how thats spelled if wrong let me know) "Push Mrs logan.." within a few moments the first child's out its skin is green though his eyes are blue like all babies the second child has his mother's complexion and a head of shockingly white hair.. which gets Raven frightened at first as it screams out its first cry.. "This one's got a set of lungs on him" Beast boy jokes as he rocks the first child the other's peak their head in Cy whispers as he notices the two babies sleeping "Congrats man" Star sits by the bed "What are you going to call them?" thinking for a moment Raven says "Well I was thinking Junior for the child sleeping in Beast boy's arms and I've always liked the name Andrew.." "Fine names" Star says

Beast boy is sitting on the couch while a very content Raven is rocking Andrew..

Robin and Cy look nervous as Star is about to sing to Garfield Jr. a Tamaeranian lullaby..
