For Karai...
Leonardo steps out of the van.looking around,he sees he is in a large hall.No natural light sourse at all,no windows.
Foot soldiers are lined up in front of him,bowing as Karai exits the car.Leo counts atleast fifty soldiers.The special soldier walks out last from the van.
"Mistress Karai"one of the footsoldiers walks up to them""Six have not returned yet".She waves him away.
Leo stands firm.on his guard the whole time.Karai turns to him:"your brothers can be a problem!"Leo looks straight forward:"Let me worry about that,Karai"
"Allright,Leonardo"She starts walking.."If you will follow me"
They walk past the soldiers standing in formation,leaving the special foot soldier behind.
As they get to the end of the large hall,Karai pushes a button on a panel on the wall.
The ground starts to move under them.a platform going down."dont worry Leonardo,we are just going further underground"
"And why is that?"Leo asks....."because we can not trust anyone!"Karai looks at the turtle,her eyes looking sad.A side Leo rarely sees in the woman.
The elevator platform comes to a stop.
A light is turned on.Leonardo walks in the room.it looks like some sort of office,filled with japanese art on the walls.Karai follows him into the room,walking past him..
"Sit down,Leo-san"She smiles as she sits down behind her desk.Leonard looks at her,then moves up to one of the paintings on the wall behind her.The picture is old,showing two geisha kissing.He looks at Karai,then walks over to the chair on the other side and sits down.
"So what's this about Two new shredders?"Leo asks.......
"Actually,there are now four reported"Karai answers the turtle..
She stands up and turns to the wall"Seing as we can not trust our own clan in this matter,i need your help...."
"why me,Karai?"
"because i trust you........and you have defeated the real shredder".
"Well....Karai.......where do these wannabe-shredders operate?"
"one is in Europe,Another has been spotted in india........."
She turns around to face him.
Leo stands up,then walks over to her....."And the other two?"
"Well....there has been sightings of one more in south-america,but we need new confirmation!"
She takes one step up to Leonardo and rests her head on his chest.
"Are you sure you want to do this for me,Leonardo?"He puts his arms around her:"I will do this for you Karai!"
Karai sits on a small bench,resting her head to the wall behind her.Watching a changing screen in front of her.
She can see the shape of the turtle behind it.
She closes her eyes,letting her mind drift.Thinking of the history they share........she is thankfull he is still in her life,even after all that......
"Ready!"Karai opens her eyes.Leonardo stands in front of her,dressed in a large black cape that covers his body completely.His right hand peeks out,holding the cape together.A large foot symbol on the back.His Bandana is replaced with a black one,covering the top of his head,with a small foot symbol.
The katanas are still placed on his back,only the handles show.He lets go of the cape,revealing a new belt with small pockets on it.
"You should have all you need,Leonardo"Karai gives him a little smile.The turtle stands there looking back at her,his cape resting lazy on his left shoulder.
A foot soldier enters the small dressing room."Mistress Karai.....the transport is ready"
"thank you,that will be all!" The soldier hurries out of the room.Karai looks over at Leonardo again."Good luck,my dear Leonardo...."
