I do not own Johnny the Homicidal Maniac, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
My name is Johnny... im a Homicidal Maniac...
Puke on the cement, cigarette butts littered around the trash can. Bums and hobos seemed to be
all the life that dwelled upon the area as far as Johnny could see. He looked up at the building
sign then at the paper he held in his fingers.
"this does seem to be the place..."
there was no name on the building, just a number. The place looked like somehting out of a police
movie. That or a building ready to be demolished. Johnny pushed threw the rusty door and hear
chimes go off that made him wince. the inside of the building wasnt much more glammerous as he
walked threw the lobby, up to a big purple desk. He wondered who on this earth would actully sit
dowd bud build something as shitty as that.
"Hello there young man!" the lady that sat behind the desk practicly shreieked at him. Her hair
was done like a mom in a 60's movie and her nails, perfectly manicured and polished in scarlette
red.
"I bet your here for the group arnt you?"
"yes, I'm Johnny."
"Oh yes!" she shrieked again. "Doctor Matthews phoned us and set up your appointment yesterday."
Johnny smirked at this, if only she knew Doctor Matthews didnt make it to his car at the end of
the day. Unbeliveable how much a Shrink cost in America.
"Here is your name tag Johnny," she said handing it to him. It was outlined in neon yellow, so
bright that it nearly blinded him. He wasnt sure if anyone would be able to actully read it.
"the group is about to start so you can head on in!"
He walked down the hall until he thought he wouldnt even find a door until as he expected an neon
sign saying: WELCOME FRIENDS!!!
Nny peeked into the room and a tall man with nerdy looking glasses yanked him in and gave him a
hug.
"IT'S SO GOOD YOU'VE COME TO US!" he glanced at Johnnys tag. " JOHNNY!"
the man shoved him in front of the room infront of a mic and about twenty pairs of zombie looking
eyes.
"JOHNNY WHY DONT YOU TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF?!"
"why does everyone here talk so friggen loud?"
that sent everyone into the room howeling with laughter.
"um... anyway, my name is Johnny. Please, call me Nny."
"EXCELLENT START KNEE! WERE GETTING A REAL VIBE FROM YOU! WHY DONT YOU TELL US MORE?!"
"um its Nny. Short for-"
The man gave him a big slam on the back.
"WONDERFUL LET IT ALL OUT!" he said pracy coy comming to tears.
"My name is Johnny and im a Homicidal Maniac."
A girl from the side of the room spoke up.
"we all feel that way sometimes Johnny, but thats why were here. to talk about our problems."
"I used to subject myself to sleeping on the slide at the park my kids play at because i would
feel to upset and depressed from when i came home from work!" a man next to the girl said. "then
i came hear and now i sleep on the couch when i come home."
"THATS SO WONDERFUL CLIFF! JOHNNY HAVE A SEAT AND WE'LL BEGIN "SHARING"."
Johnny sat down in a chair on the far corner, as far from the director as he could.
"maybe ive come to the wrong support group." Johnny thought.
For a hour the group went around introducing themselves and sharing their story. Afetr that they
played toss the colourd ball, say the name of the colour they say and thik of a emotion the colur
represented. After anduther hour and a half they went threw tow movies on "6 step guid to a
better lifestyle".
Johnny looked at his watch several times and it felt as thoug the hand wasnt getting any closer
to the next hour. Presperation drizzled down his brow and down his back. The room was getting
awfully hot. All those eyes not blinking, those mouths moving but nothing seemed to come out...
he was going to go insane in a minute.
"excuse me i need to get a drink." he said standing up. He walked to the other end of the room
where a coffee machine was then by the look on the peoples faces, he thought twice about drinking
the coffee. Instead he decided to go to the corner store that he had passed by on the way.
Nearly getting lost again he saw the purple desk and hurried down to the store. He felt cooler
already but it wasnt complete till he could find his prize. Bluberry Brain freezy.
"where is the freezy machine?" he desperatly asked the man at the counter.
"we aint got one kid."
Johnny's eye twitched.
It was about 5am when Johnny got home. he decided it wasnt safe for him to travel in his bus to THAT area of town when he went to the depression group. He had walked their. and since the session was so long and the walk was so long it had taken him a long time to get home. As he got in the door he closed the window because of all the sirens he began to hear. turning on the raido he sat down on the floor and opened his Die-ary.
"downtown today was a hurrendous slaughter in-"
Johnny clicked the Radio off.
Dear Die-ary,
today i learned that a person even myself, can only take so much...
